Diversity andinclusion principles are essential to achievefairness and success.fairness matters because we must treat our people equally and ensure that opportunities for all are evenly distributed. Well-embedded D&I practices create positive impacts for a company’s culture, decision-making ability, results, customer satisfaction, and talent attraction and retention. We are proud to have supported some key initiatives in Luxembourg and will contribute energy and insight as we work with the Charter to support the Diversity andinclusion agenda within the Luxembourg community.
