Equality between women and men means a balanced professional and private life. It is up to each of us to have a balance in both areas. The Ministry of Equality is launching a new campaign in line with itspositive action in Business program. 

Every day and until 24 December 2019, employees and managers of private companies and public organizations reveal their convictions and ethical practices at work for a real balance in life. These 24 video messages reflect personal experiences. They help to overcome stereotypes in recruitment and promotion.
