For Diversity Day, 6 October this year, we are asking all employees to “bring themselves” to work, which means sharing a picture on our internal social network of themselves in their personal, everyday clothing in a setting that makes them feel themselves. Whether it be at home with the dog in comfy clothes, hiking, attending Pride celebrations with a rainbow suit or painting in overalls. We want people to be proud of their unique traits and personal characteristics at work because we believe it fosters relationships and a sense of belonging.

Since the criteria is having only one day where we can promote an action, this one will be the most accessible while most of our employees work from home.
