For Diversity Day, Elvinger Hoss Prussen is welcoming into its premises Allagi, a societal impact company specialised in Diversity in all its forms. Allagi invented a game called Diverseco, built around the different aspects of Diversity. Diverseco puts participants in situations that force them to think about these aspects of diversity, and consequently makes them aware of the difficulties that employees may encounter as a result of their differences. Two rounds of the game will be organised during lunch time, followed by debates. The aim of this initiative is to offer an interactive action which raises awareness.
