On Diversity Day, we are proud to host a series of events that celebrate and promote diversity both within our organization and in the broader business community. Internal Events: •Workshop - Promoting an inclusive workplace through Allyship session : This session will explore important topics such as understanding the acronym LGBTQ+, examining gender identity and expression, and the significance of allyship in creating an inclusive workplace culture. By understanding the significance of inclusive language, we can create a more welcoming and respectful environment for all individuals. Additionally, this training will prompt reflection on how each of us can contribute to making our organization more inclusive. Following the session we will share our internal “Inclusive Language Guide” we created last year. •International Buffet: Everyone is invited to create a stand representing their origins and bring specialties from that country or region to share with their colleagues. This international buffet not only tantalizes the taste buds but also serves as a visual representation of the rich diversity that exists within our office. External Events – Conference with clients In addition to our internal activities, we are hosting a conference lead by one of our clients to discuss around visible diversity. This conference provides a platform for us to engage in meaningful conversations with our clients about how embracing diversity can drive innovation, foster creativity, and ultimately contribute to the success of businesses. By sharing insights and best practices, we aim to inspire each other to prioritize diversity andinclusion within their own organizations.
