As PwC Luxembourg we have decided to celebrate not just Diversity Day but a Diversity Week, highlighting all our employee resource groups (here called networks). We start the celebration on 14 May with a traditional Cake Contest and celebrate Wellbeing on 15 May with two conferences, Mental Health & Nutrition and on Disconnect to Reconnect as well as workshops on hypnosis and sports. Starting 27 May, we dive deep into celebrations of our networks - SAGE (Seeking Age and Generational Empathy), Letz Embrace (Multiculturalism), Shine (LGBTQ+), Women and Men (Gender) and Ability Diversity (Disability). For three days, these networks will foster an understanding among our internal workforce on these above mentioned topics they represent through workshops, panels and exhibitions. SAGE will do a Vintage exhibition from various objects going from a Walkman all the way to an Ipod and Letz Embrace will do among other things a workshop with intercultural games supported by IMS (Intercultural Toolkit). Shine and Women and men will celebrate their topics through workshops on Allyship and have an interactive activity called Ally Pledge Wall. Ability Diversity will close the diversity week on the 29th with Handi-Reality Experiences, an Atelier Protege Fair, Expositionhandicap International and parcours Diversenshandicap International. As you can see, the month is full of raising awareness on the different topics in DEI and celebrations of our networks; some of them are new and formed just in January. We will furthermore have a display of information (DEI data, particular information about the different topics, ex. generations) in our atrium for the whole week starting 27 May so that people can walk around and learn with and from us. All our networks will have their booths present in the atrium as well, to support raising awareness of their existence to attract members.
