By signing this charter, we are making our commitment towards diversity public and further strengthen our organization’s engagement. We commit to promote diversity by implementing actions going beyond legal and regulatory obligations fornon-discrimination. To make this day festive and memorable, I am very glad to announce that we are running a contest, with 8 teams, which consists on creating an original poster promoting how diverse we are at ASIL. We do have 18 nationalities for 48 employees, age ranging from 26 to 61 years, 55% of women and 45% of men. There will be a mixed jury composed of 5 external local partners + a few colleagues across the organization. During the week of 5 October 2020, a “Diversity ceremony” will be organized where leaders of each team will be invited to present their creations to the members of the Jury, with 3 minutes maximum to pitch/sell it! .It will be also an opportunity for us to share/present our posters to other signatories of the Charter, and exchange going forward on best practices/events promoting Diversity andinclusion.
