Working in a culturally diverse environment can be challenging but being open and curious to different ways of doing things could make the journey more successful. At LIST, we have more than 56 different nationalities working together and we want to share our corporate cultural richness. For this reason, we decided to develop an interactive online quiz to raise awareness about people with disabilities, perceptions of family, gender equity or rare diseases, among others. We are committed to the promotion and growing of diversity andinclusion in all senses, striving for a kinder, diverse and inclusive workplace and society. For this reason, we consider the internal celebration of the Diversity Month as a door opener for further positive actions that will bring LIST closer and closer to this goal. We believe that promoting awareness in all areas is crucial. At the same time, we are convinced that big changes can be achieved through the accumulation of small but daily outstanding actions. With the introduction of this multicultural quiz, we encourage our employees to test their intercultural competence while engaging with various fascinating facts from all over the world. We aim to arouse curiosity while learning about traditions, customs and manners in different cultures. By the use of multiple and open choices, we will also learn what is lacking internally, so that we can later direct our positive actions towards solving these concerns. This quiz will run from the 12th to the 23rd of May and its participation is on voluntary basis.
