In September, ahead of the Diversity Day, we will make a video and also a creative wall with drawings and messages with a diversity of staff volunteers and also representatives from our CSR andgender Committees. Then on the Diversity Day (6 October) - currently planned from 4 to 5 pm (but exact timing still TBC), we will organize an internal event via webinar and present the diversity video and the creative wall. Our vice-CEO, Julie Becker, also heading ourgender Committee, will launch and introduce the event. We will create awareness around Diversity Day in our internal newsletter before the event and then feature our related activities in the first newsletter after the event (and also in our next Sustainability Report). We shall also share our video on social media.
