As a member of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, we are delighted to celebrate Diversity Day in Luxembourg for the first time. Ahead of the World Day for Cultural Diversity in May, we have decided to focus our inaugural participation on the dimensions of Nationalities & Working Culture and want to examine the cultural profile of our host country (Luxembourg) through the lens of our Country Navigator tool. Our Country Navigator tool can assist our employees in effectively engaging with a typical Luxembourgish working style, among others. By completing their cultural profile in the CN Worldprism cultural assessment tool, they can: - Identify their personal cultural working style preferences across nine dimensions and compare them with the cultural profile of Luxembourg as a country. - Raise their self-awareness and explore strategies to manage cultural differences. - To help them get started, we have completed our own cultural profile and compared it with those of Luxembourg as a country in a video tutorial! In addition, we will: - Offer a special Luxembourgish menu at Casa Ferrero Restaurants to commemorate the occasion. - Publish a “True or False” poll in our internal social media channel to test our employees’ typical Luxembourgish working style knowledge.
