Diversity Day Lëtzebuerg and World Day for Cultural Diversity 2025 at the Ferrero Luxembourg HQ This year, World Day for Cultural Diversity will be celebrated at Ferrero Luxembourg HQ across two dates: - Diversity Day 2025 (organized by the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg) on May 15th - World Day for Cultural Diversity declared by the United Nations and celebrated on May 21st by Ferrerians throughout the world. Here is an overview of some planned activities for which communication will be scheduled to align with the aforementioned dates: Release of a video about our cultural celebrations: At our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we have implemented an innovative and people-centric approach to foster culture-oriented employee engagement on site. To acknowledge the occasion, we plan to launch a video, showcasing the great success of our cultural celebrations at Casa Ferrero, featuring pictures and impressions of what we’ve done so far (Diwali, Thanksgiving, Lunar New Year & Eid al Fitr) and saying thank you for the efforts of our employees in making these so memorable. Here we will also include a call to action to encourage people to get involved and propose other festivities to include. Cultural food festival in our canteen: We are also planning a cultural food festival inspired lunch in our canteen. Making use of the different locations we have inside and outside, we will set up decorations and give employees the possibility to pick from different food options, representative of different cultures and regions (Asia, Latin America, Mediterranean/Europe, Africa/Middle East and North America).
