This year, we will play Let’s Play Equal, a board game that puts us in the shoes of different characters. Each team will be assigned a character, and together, employees will navigate challenges and opportunities to progress and try to win. However, their journey will be influenced by factors such as origin,gender, health, and social background, highlighting real-life inequalities in a playful and thought-provoking way. To make the experience even more enjoyable, lunch will be provided during the game.
