The Diversity Network is an opportunity to present practices implemented by organisations that have signed the Charter on a given subject. 

For this fifth Diversity Network, we will focus on Intergenerational management.

The Autonomous Working Group on multigenerational management, represented by Sodexo, will be presenting the outcome of the group's reflections and the self-assessment tool on intergenerational management in organisations.

This tool is based on the 6 key stages in the life cycle of an employee in an organisation:  
namely:

• recruitment 
• induction, integration and on-boarding, 
• life in the company, the environment and well-being at work, 
• career development and management, 
• recognition, 
• exit and o-boarding.
