Find out more about the HandiMentor Connect pilot project, which brings together a senior manager and an employee with a strong connection with disability to work together on disability inclusion in the workplace.
This first workshop will help you better understand the project by presenting how it works and answering your questions.
Project figures:
Together we will discuss
- The objectives of the HandiMentor Connect project;
- Ways of 'recruiting' the members of the pair;
- The different ways of promoting the project internally.
This workshop is open to all managers, as well as team members interested in the HandiMentor Connect project. Attending this session does not commit you to the rest of the project.
Join us and become a driving force in implementing change for inclusion and developing understanding of the reality of people with disabilities in the workplace.
