IMS Luxembourg, Ligue Santé Mentale and UFEP, partner organisations in the Inclusion Skills: Together for greater professional inclusion project, are joining forces as part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities 2025 (SEEPH 2025) and are offering you a dedicated conference.

Many organisations are keen to promote the inclusion of everyone and to improve the inclusion of people with disabilities. This raises a number of questions:

• How can we move from intention to action when it comes to professional inclusion? 
• What skills need to be developed to achieve this? 
• What inspiring practices and experiences can guide the process? 

Program:
Coffee reception: 9h
Conference begins: 9:30 a.m.

• Essential inclusive skills in organizations: how to identify and develop them? How to mobilize your professional network as a lever for action?
• Challenges, feedback, and best practices: come hear from organizations committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities, the challenges they have faced or are still facing, and the practices they have developed.
