While much attention has rightly been placed on the experiences of LGBT+ individuals and rainbow families, a complementary yet often overlooked perspective is that of those who surround and support them: parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, and other allies at work. These individuals play a crucial role in shaping inclusive environments—at home, at work, and in society.
This follow-up event will explore what it means to be a “chosen family” from the perspective of support, allyship, and shared values. We will look at how corporate environments can recognise and amplify this support network to foster truly inclusive and psychologically safe spaces for all.
On the agenda:
Marcin Pastuszka – Glamazon Board Member, Amazon LGBT+ ERG
Shany Venon – Head of Institutional Investors client lines for Luxembourg and Ireland, Member of the BNP Paribas, Luxembourg branch, Securities Services, Executive Committee
Juliette Tirabasso – Coordinator Families and Allies in Rainbow, Centre LGBTIQ+ Cigale
Nick Ashton – Head of Global Payment Solution, HSBC Luxembourg
