Intergenerational management conference organized by pog

The POG, the Luxembourg HR network, is organising a conference on intergenerational management on 25 June.

Today in companies, young people born in the 90s, 40-year-olds and pre-retired seniors live side by side. While some managers fear this generation gap, it can actually represent an opportunity... provided they manage it well. But how can we make different generations work together and best manage this intergenerational diversity?

Three renowned speakers will share their experience in this field of generational cohabitation. Sophie Cuny (COO of the law firm Luther) will present their field approach to theintegration of the Millenials and their expectations. This will be followed by a presentation by Christelle Brignoli (Managing Director of Great Place to Work) on the issue of intergenerational management. Marie Claire Fécherolle Turbang (CEO of Gold4Silver) will close this event by providing support for seniors over 50 to reinvent themselves in a new professional life by using the tool developed "Looking in the mirror".

When? June 25, 2019, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm.
Where? Hôtel Parc Alvisse (120 Route d'Echternach, 1453 Luxembourg)

 Registration required by e-mail: info@pog.lu

The discussions will continue over a cocktail.
