Uniting aroundgender equality in the workplace in Luxembourg
As part of the upcoming International Women’s Rights Day, the CFL Group is organising the first edition of the Empow(her)ing Journey Summit, in partnership with the Ministry of Equality between Women and Men and Diversity and the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, led by IMS Luxembourg.
This summit, to be held on March 5, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, aims to bring together professionals from across Luxembourg to discussgender equality in the workplace.
Agenda:
- Six conferences exploring challenges and solutions related to recruitment, career development, sexism in the workplace, work-life balance, entrepreneurship, and more;
- A keynote speech providing insights and inspiration for leaders to further strengthen their commitment togender equality and diversity;
- A panel discussion for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and identifying concrete ways to continue the Empow(her)ing Journey.
- The evening will conclude with a walking dinner.
