Objectives

This course empowers participants in their management roles to create and sustain a climate ofinclusion and belonging in their workplace.

Approach

- A foundation course on Inclusive Leadership : This half-day program provides managers and senior leaders with increased awareness of, and appreciation for, diversity andinclusion and provides specific insights and tools to increase inclusiveness. - Power hour sessions : choice of 2 sessions among 6 offering ("the business case for D&I" ; "Cultural awareness : understanding and appreciating differences" ; "unconscious Bias : deepen the understanding and awareness" ; "discrimination : expand the conversation about what is is and where it happens" ; "Psychological Safety : Identifying and Eliminating Toxicity in the Workplace" ; "Inclusive hiring")
