Description of the action
This year again, BIL proudly took part in Luxembourg’s Pride Week, showing our support for the LGBTQIA+ community through various initiatives and moments of solidarity.
Nearly 60 of our colleagues took part in the Luxembourg Pride Run, running or walking 5 or 10 km through the streets of Luxembourg City on July 10th to support diversity andinclusion in a festive and colorful atmosphere.
Our BIL volunteers were actively involved in helping at the bar during the Pride Run and supporting the bar and merchandising stand during Luxembourg Pride on July 12th.
Internally, we also gathered colleagues for our “LGBTQIA+ & Friends” afterwork drink on June 19th, a great opportunity to celebrate diversity, share stories and snacks together.
At BIL, we believe diversity is a strength andinclusion is a daily commitment, not just during Pride Week, but all year round. We are proud to foster an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued for who they are.
