As you may know, ASIL is a signatory of the Charte de la Diversité Luxembourg and has always been committed to promoting diversity andinclusion. The first being about the people we have in the company – how we think, how we work and the experience we bring, as well as out visible characteristics – and the second being about the workplace and culture we collectively create for that diversity to flourish. One without the other doesn’t work. Therefore when we talk about diversity andinclusion at ASIL we mean our commitment to providing an inclusive workplace where all forms of difference are valued. This year, to celebrate diversity in ASIL, we have decided to take you around the world (but we assure this will be a COVID-free travel). We are pleased to remind you that ASIL counts 16 different nationalities and among all, we selected 5 countries we will have the pleasure to discover. Each country representative will decide how to introduce his/her country (it can be through a video, a song, a story…) in a maximum of 3 minutes. Program: When: 20 May 2021 Time: 11h -12h30 Location: Ms Teams After an introduction on Diversity, each representative has 3 minutes to take us to their country. We will discover the following countries: • Greece: Anna Bagkeri • Montenegro: Nermina Skrijelj • Bulgaria: Ivaylo Danchev • Poland: Agata Ligocka • Netherlands: Peter Heijnsbroek This will be followed by a Quiz with questions about the presentations and we will elect the “ASIL Traveller of the Year”.
