To launch this first year as a signatory of the diversity charter, HITEC Luxembourg has chosen to create a committee dedicated to this matter. Initially, this committee will be in charge organizing an event to promote diversity towards all HITEC Luxembourg employees during the week of October 6, 2020, in order to enable them to understand and master the stakes surrounding this theme. In a second phase, a focused training program will be carried out for managers to allow them to identify and prevent anyharassment ordiscrimination. Through its actions, HITEC Luxembourg wants to strengthen and sustain its commitment to diversity andinclusion.
