To celebrate this year's Diversity Day, we asked a video crew to come to the bank to shoot a professional video with some elements of our staff -- men and women from different age groups, nationalities, backgrounds and hierarchy levels within the bank, including members of our Management, such as our Deputy CEO and CEO. Each participant drafted and read their own quotes on Diversity but also on Empowerment,fairness, Integrity and Diligence -- our brand values. In addition to have provided participants with a fun, unique experience, the final video will be used internally to promote Diversity among our existing staff but also when welcoming newcomers.
