We want to focus on our trainees. Indeed, now, it is difficult for young graduates to find their first job. That is why we are going to make a booklet presenting each trainee in each department. Through this action, we want to show their background, their internship project, the job they are considering but above all, to show that they haveskills and that they can be serious assets in a company. This will also allow us to introduce all our trainees to all our employees in order to encourage collaboration between employees and trainees.
