Encevo Group will be holding 3 conferences about Diversity &inclusion in the month of May 2021. This conferences will target exclusively our top management (systemic approach) and our managers (recruitment / unconscious bias). An e-learning will be launched on May 20th to all our employees to raise awareness ongender stereotypes. We will implement in 2021 a training for hiring managers focusing on unconscious bias during the recruitment process.
