After circulating a survey with eBay S.a.r.l. employees regarding how they would like to celebrate diversity in the office, the decision was made to have two separate sessions diversity training sessions facilitated by StratAffect. Trainer Lisa Francis-Jennings will be providing 2 sessions (the on Monday, 5th of October 2020 10:00-11:15 am; the second one on Wednesday, 7th of October 2020 10:00-11:15 am) during the week of Diversity Day. Participants will examine the different kinds of diversity in the workplace. This engaging and interactive training provides a frank conversation about the complex difficulties of leading more diverse and inclusive organizations and/or teams, the intercultural afterthought, and what is required to convert a team’s diversity into innovation.
