At the end of 2022, the Diversity Charter, Cog'x and the City of Luxembourg organised three pilot workshops of the new tool "The Inclusion Fresco". At the end of each session, participants were invited to give ideas for action to the City of Luxembourg. Those actions could improve collaboration between companies and their city territory on inclusion and diversity issues. 

This event will be an opportunity to present the outcomes of the exchanges, which led to the creation of the City of Luxembourg's Municipal Action Plan for Equality between Women and Men.

• Participatory workshop "How can my company contribute to the action plan of the City of Luxembourg?"

Like the Climate and Mobility Fresco, the Inclusion Fresco aims to explain playfully the cognitive and societal mechanisms that can lead to exclusion to understand and anticipate them, and act for more inclusive organisations.
