When it comes to disability, among the best practices to share, there is the practice of “asking for help” from professionals.

This event aims to introduce you to several of these inclusion professionals and answer the following questions: Who are they? What is their role? their mission? and above all: How can they support you and your employees with disabilities?

The floor will be given to three organisations:

• The Employment Development Agency (ADEM) will present the inclusion assistant.
• The Agency for a Transition to Independent Living (ATVA) and the Luxembourg Mental Hygiene League (D'Ligue) will present how they support their beneficiaries with disabilities towards and in employment, and how they make the link with the employer.

On the agenda:

• Presentation of the services offered by these three stakeholders.
• In practice: you will be able to exchange with these actors of inclusion on your problems and possible solutions.
