The European Diversity Month raises awareness of the importance of diversity andinclusion in our workplaces and in the society throughout the whole European Union. It celebrates organisations' efforts in promoting diversity and diverse teams in the workplace and in creating inclusive working environments. We invite all organisations in Europe, whether a signatory of a Diversity Charter or not, to take a stand for diversity and act about it.

Since 2004, 26 Diversity Charters have been established in Europe. They provide support and promote best practices indiversity management to thousands of leading multinational companies, SMEs, public organisations and non-profit organisations.  

This year, Luxembourg will celebrate diversity on 20 May 2021. All organisations, whether they are signatories of the Diversity Charter or not, are invited to act for diversity and celebrate its national day with us.  

Don't forget to submit your diversity actions to perhaps receive the visit of Mrs. Corinne Cahen, Minister of Family,integration and the Greater Region and be part of this huge European movement!
