It's here! Our Practical Guide todiversity management in Times of Crisis is now available. Discover today the measures put in place by private and public organizations in Luxembourg to face the new challenges brought about by the current COVID-19 crisis. 

More than just a collection of good practices, the primary function of this guide is to ensure that you have the knowledge and tools to manage diversity andinclusion within your organisation. That's why we have chosen to focus on two areas: immediate crisis management and getting "back to normal".

The first, consisting of 7 practical sheets, answers questions about the business continuity plan, managing remote teams, stress and fragility, and maintaining activities that promote diversity andinclusion within the organization. The second section offers ideas to facilitate physical return to the workplace and the creation of more inclusive workplaces. Note that an English-language version is already planned for this summer!
