The Commune of Sanem is committed to the field ofinclusion and organises this training in collaboration with the non-profit organisation Info-Handicap, enabling its staff to better understand the needs of people in different situations ofdisability.

It is a training day during which the participants have exchanges and interactions with different associations, such as Adapth and Rahna for taking into account the needs of people with amobility impairment, the Fondation Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung and Chiens Guides d'Aveugles in Luxembourg for taking into account the needs of people with a visual impairment, the Hörgeschädigten-Beratung and Services audiophonologiques for taking into account people with a hearing impairment, and the Ligue HMC for taking into account the needs of people with a cognitive or psychic impairment. Info-Handicap vzw supervises the day with an introduction and debriefing of the training.

The feedback from the staff who participated in this training is very positive. Thanks to the direct exchange with people in differentdisability situations and the different practical exercises, the participants of the training have well memorized the principles and specific needs.
