Description of the action

Diversity andinclusion training takes place in the form of workshops and allows:

- to assist participants to explore the meaning of the different facets of diversity,

- to present to the participants the strategy of SODEXO for diversity andinclusion, its importance and its relevance at the global and local levels,

- to ensure that participants understand emotionally how inclusive or exclusive behavior may have an impact on performance.

Objectives

The objective is two fold:

- For Sodexo Luxembourg, diversity is an opportunity to be a reflection of our customers and to better understand their expectations.

Diversity is a reality. For SODEXO Luxembourg,inclusion is a strategic choice that allows us to make our human resources a real competitive advantage.

Approach

"Diversity and Inclusion" training is provided to all Managers but not only! SODEXO Luxembourg allows all of its employees to participate, whether they are Managers! It is important that all persons who work as a team on a daily basis are sensitized to diversity andinclusion.

The training allows to explore how diversity andinclusion have an impact on our interpersonal interactions with our colleagues, our customers and the end users of our services,

To enable every employee to make the most of diversity training, avoid planning within the same session, a Manager and his/her collaborator(s).
