Each day a pillar of diversity (generations,equal opportunities andgender equality, culture,disability and diversity in general) will be presented in a virtual presentation with questions based on the theme of the day. An animated world map will show all the different nationalities of POST employees.

For the "Ethnocultural Diversity Day", employees can enter a recipe from their country of origin, which will then be included in a booklet accessible to all employees.

For the "Generations Day", a "training lunch" on this topic is planned as a webinar.

A questionnaire on internaldiversity management will also be launched.
