We will be organizing a Diversity andinclusion Week from 5/10 to 9/10, which will be dedicated to raising awareness among our employees about diversity issues in general.

As we have a very diverse workforce (40 nationalities from around the world), we want to encourage a healthy and constructive conversation, and to this end we will be preparing computer graphics/posters with key figures/information about our company/teams (compared to our business sector) and employee profiles (culture,beliefs, background). The posters will be shared on all our internal and external communication channels.

The presence of our CEO at the official signing of the Diversity Charter will mark our commitment and will, of course, give credibility to our awareness-raising approach.
