The starting point for a successful diversity management policy is a common definition of diversity and the conviction of top management, which will make it possible to integrate diversity in the company's strategy. Strategic formalisation also makes it easier to accept the actions implemented.

During our next Diversity Network, we will showcase best practices from companies that have signed the Charter on strategic focus.
Through the example of RBC, Yves Turi will present the work of its Diversity Leadership Council, a steering committee that monitors the implementation of the diversity management strategy and Sing-Loon Cheung, who will represent the City of Differdange, will have the opportunity to present how the city has included diversity in the sustainable development concept put in place by the municipality. A brainstorming session in groups will also be take place, followed by a plenary session that will allow sharing and exchanges.
The Diversity Network is an opportunity to present practices implemented by companies that have signed the Charter on a given subject. This meeting of the signatories of the Charter allows, beyond the testimonies, the exchange of participants on their practices, their challenges and questions on the theme of reception & integration.
