In the current business world, with the introduction of equality, diversity andinclusion policies, companies are putting more and more attention to neurodivergent group of employees. Health experts agree, that global prevalence of neurodiversity is between 15% to 20% of the population. It means that neurodivergent person can be our job candidate, our client, our customer, stakeholder.
Companies report positive experiences in integrating neurodiversity in the workplace, because it brings them undiscovered talent. Companies more and more appreciate and seek for neurodiversity, because it can offer outstanding analytical skills, highly developed logical thinking, specific interests, abilities for creative solutions, exceptional visual spatial abilities, above all neurodiversity brings extraordinary talents who think in a way that can’t be learned.
In the workshop “Neurodiversity = business opportunity” we are bringing you good practices from the companies in working with neurodivergent employees, and neurodiversity experts who will explain the reasonable accommodations that are necessary for successful work integration and benefits this group of people can bring to the companies.
