The aim of this internal event was to share a moment together and explore different cultures from the employees’ origin countries.
Objectives
The goal was to promote different cultures within the bank
Approach
Each department has been attributed a country. On the morning of the Diversity Day Breakfast, each department had to make available at its desk food representing the attributed country.
Impact
The outcome has been extremely positive, the employees enjoyed knowing more about the food in other countries and the interaction between the employees had increased
