The trainer's mission is to explain to the new employee all the procedures to be followed, the company's values and respect for diversity. In addition, he ensures, in collaboration with the disposition department, that the driver will be trained on all the company's routes.

The trainer helps the new driver to adapt more easily to the new environment and at the same time acts as a direct contact.
