With most people working remotely during the peak of the pandemic and being conscious about how importantinclusion and diversity are especially in such moments, the diversity andinclusion committee of our Firm has been trying to find out how our people have been adapting. We are holding bi-monthly virtual breakfast events where we speak to colleagues from a range of different practice areas and business services, asking them about their remote working setups, what they are doing to maintain their mental health and well-being while working remotely, how they have been staying in touch with colleagues and whether there has been any gendered impact of home-based work on the capability to balance work with non-work.
