Inclusion is at the heart of our strategy, and to amplify it at Arendt, we launched a programme in 2024 entitled 'I'm at the right place to be my true self, Arend you?'. This is a panel event bringing together 4 or 5 Arendters to talk genuinely about their personal experience. The aim is to raise awareness, reinforce the feeling of belonging and answer questions from the audience. The session on cultural differences will take place on the 15th of May. The themes of LGBTQIA+, Parenting and Gender have been addressed in previous sessions. This session will be followed by our traditional "Bake and Share". Our colleagues will bake a delicious pie, cake, dish (either savoury or sweet) and share their culture, region, tradition or family habit.
