This year, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has decided to go big and extend D&I Day celebrations to a full week. From 5 May to 16 May, we will be organising a series of initiatives around a variety of D&I topics. Below, a sneak preview of our programme: 1. Thursday 5 May (Day 1) Topic: Gender Talk: Breaking Through the Status Quo Initiative: MoU with UN Women (RtB Ceremony) 2. Friday 6 May (Day 2) Topic: Unexpected Talk: Breaking Through the Predictable Initiative: Stand by your Choices + All of Me special edition newsletter 3. Tuesday 10 May (Day 3) Topic: Uncomfortable Talk: Breaking Throughdiscrimination Initiative: Social media video campaign, together with an internal special edition newsletter 4. Thursday 12 May (Day 4) Topic: Invisible Talk: Breaking Through Preconceived Ideas Initiatives: Unconscious Biases Workshop (2-hour with external coach), followed by Lunch from Around the World (multicultural lunch) 5. Monday 16 May (Day 5) Topic: D&I Wrap-up Talk: All Different but Equal, Breaking Through our Differences Initiatives: Standalone social media post and special edition wrap-up CSR newsletter to recap and share with our colleagues and network all the past week's celebrations.
