Listen, Learn, Laugh, Think, Taste, Share. With two days full of events, we will celebrate our Diversity, Equity, andinclusion journey with everyone at Arendt. •May 14: The spotlight will be on our Diversity Network @Arendt (DNA) and its work towards a better, more inclusive workplace for all. We will co-design our next steps with all interested Arendters with a collaborative workshop. •The workshop will be followed by our traditional baking event "Get a taste of diversity at Arendt". With over 50 nationalities our third e-cookbook will collect recipes, traditions, and cultural background from all over the world. We will many to share and taste in a joyous get-together. •May 15: Theatre professionals will put our senses, emotions, and reflections to the test. They will play in an interactive mode with real-life scenarios linked to unconscious bias and stereotypes in the workplace. The mix between humour representation and theory presentation is designed to shock, raise awareness, and stimulate positive change.
