We want our employees to see the large scope of Diversity and be transparent about where we are at with regards to Diversity. We will create the Diversity ID card of Clearstream in Luxembourg in several formats (one pager for managers, posters in the premises and online). It will include the definition of Diversity, the Diversity Data stats quo (nationalities, generation disability, gender, the existing signed diversity Charters, our communication initiatives …) This document will be updated all through the year and presented on a quarterly basis to our Board of Director
