This year, we will be hosting a digital event with a panel discussion including different opinion leaders picked from RBC globally. We will kick off the Diversity panel with a live "word cloud" by having our employees / attendants submitting words they relate to Diversity on a digital tool (Slido). Then we will launch the discussion by addressing different topics all related to diversity. We will also ask our employees to take a picture or to pick a quote that relates to how they celebrate diversity at home. This will be displayed internally on a digital wall. We will also share content around diversity - especially some articles that have been published on the intranet of RBC and share some figures that show the diversity within our company (e.g. there are more than 30 different nationalities working in our offices in Luxembourg).
