We want to raise awareness on Diversity and the unconscious bias that shape our ways of thinking in order to open a dialogue. Our management will host the webinar and mark the company's commitment towards Diversity &inclusion and will announce the signature of the Diversity Chart. Then they will present the local results from a D&I survey organised recently by our group. We will then host a discussion panel around unconscious bias. The panel will be composed of employees sharing their experience on unconscious bias in the workplace. Conclusion by our Managing Director who will announce upcoming initiatives taken by the company towards D&I
