In alignment with Luxembourg's Diversity Day, Lombard International Assurance will be announcing the launch of ourinclusion Action Pledge, across our Group in 20 markets globally. Ourinclusion Action Pledge is the articulation of our Group’s united commitment and pledged efforts to cultivating a sustainable culture ofinclusion, continuing to make a difference in the way we conduct business. It is our hope to inspire and motivate ourselves and others to commit towards a more consciously inclusive and equitable social landscape. To support the launch of ourinclusion Action Pledge, in addition to external activation, we will also be hosting a series of internal events/trainings centered around unconcious bias, the meaning behind equity and what active, conscious inclusivity is. This is a follow on action from our internal initiative in March which we called "Diversity Month".
