With the support of the Board of Directors, an Employee Resource Groups acting for Diversity has been created in our company with colleagues representing all stakeholder groups of diversity (Gender, Age, LGBTQ, etc.)
They promote diversity and contribute to Clearstream becoming an even more diverse and inclusive workplace than it already is today by:
We will organize an internal conference where our internal experts representing the different angles of Diversity topic will explain to our employees what Diversity means, how Clearstream is acting for Diversity, how each of us can act for Diversity. A representative of each stakeholder group will address one specific diversity topic for 10 minutes.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we will offer this conference onsite in different meeting rooms to respect safety measures and online via Microsoft Teams. We would like to invite Madame la Ministre de la Famille et de l’Integration Corinne Cahen to this event for an introduction or closing speech. We also read that Madame la Ministre participated in July to a European webinar on "The importance of EU-level action againstdiscrimination of LGBTI+ people", this could also be a topic she would like to present. If the Ministre is interested we can be flexible on the date and time (if we have enough time to change the organization, 3 weeks notice will be needed).
