We went through few of the options and tools available within DB and Internet , and we came to the conclusion that our Diversity andinclusion Council should offer:

#1: A short list of videos only.
#2: The 2020 will be remembered as a year of major events among them 2 main topics deserves to be re-discussed/reviewed : Covid 19 and Black lives matters movements
#3: Unconscious Bias
#4: Women in leadership In addition to this we will ask our colleagues and managers to make a video on one of the above topics.

A movie will be then available to all staff.
