Solidarity Leave – An internal measure that allows staff to transfer their rest days to a colleague in distress. Unfortunately, we sometimes face an incredibly difficult situation when someone dear to us is taken ill or has an accident. We need to be at their bedside, and this means being available. BIL has researched this and implemented a system aimed at offering mutual support in such circumstances.
