To celebrate Diversity Day amidst the COVID-19 social restrictions, we will opt for an internal virtual action this year. We will make a video with a “1-question concept” with our staff, inviting them to speak about Diversity in a short video recorded in their own homes or places of choice. 

This will allow us to make a dynamic video, showcasing the different languages, backgrounds and even ethnicities in an informal and attractive way – putting our own staff members in the core of the action. Staff members were also encouraged to show Diversity in fun and unexpected ways: a flag, a special costume, or by recording the video in their native language.
